Will I need more than one session?+

Many people feel a shift after one session, however deeper and longer-lasting changes often occur over a series of sessions.

What if I become emotional?+

This is completely okay. You are in a safe, supportive space, and nothing is forced. Your body guides the process at your pace.

What does muscle testing feel like?+

It involves light pressure on the arm. It’s gentle, painless, and simply a way of communicating with the body.

What should I wear?+

Comfortable clothing is best. There’s nothing you need to prepare — just come as you are.

Do you work with children?+

Yes. Sessions are gentle and tailored to support children and teens with emotional wellbeing and confidence.

Is this a replacement for medical care?+

No. Kinesiology supports wellbeing alongside medical or psychological care but does not replace it.

What if I feel nervous?+

This is completely normal. The space is calm and supportive, and everything is guided gently at your pace.
