Each session is designed to support meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you. This is your time to slow down, reset, and reconnect.
75–90 minutes. A deeper session to explore your story, patterns, and what your body is ready to shift.
45–60 minutes. Ongoing support to integrate changes, rebalance, and strengthen your mind–body connection.
Many people feel lighter and clearer after their first session. However, deeper patterns are often held in layers and take time to gently unwind.
For this reason, a series of 4–5 sessions is often recommended at the beginning to support more lasting results. There is no pressure — you are always welcome to start with one session and see how you feel.
Sometimes the most valuable investment is simply taking time to slow down, listen to your body, and allow change to happen gently.
