What to Expect

Sessions are tailored for each individual, based on their needs on the day. We begin with a conversation about what’s been happening for you, this could be emotionally, physically or mentally. You don’t need to have anything prepared, or know exactly what it is you need to work on; your body guides the process, and reveals where we need to begin.

Using muscle testing, gentle pressure is applied to a specific indicator muscle, which provides insight on where stress is being held by the body, and what is ready to shift. Techniques can include emotional stress release, acupressure points, grounding tools, structural balancing, brain integration or energetic corrections, to name a few.

Many people feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded after their first session, and meaningful shifts can occur straight away. However, when we are working with chronic or long standing issues, these contributing layers can take time to unwind.

For this reason, I recommend allowing space for a series of 3–5 sessions, especially at the beginning. This gives your body consistent support to integrate changes more fully, and create longer-lasting results. As your system stabilises, sessions are naturally spaced further apart.

No two sessions are the same, and each person’s experience is different — you are always welcome to begin with one session and see how your body responds.

Alternatively, if you prefer to plan ahead, you’re welcome to book future sessions in advance, with no obligation, to secure your time. You can cancel or adjust appointments as needed.
