“A grounded, safe space to reconnect with yourself.”

My path to kinesiology began during one of the most challenging chapters of my life. Through grief, healing, and learning to trust myself again, I found a gentle approach that helped me feel calmer, steadier, and more connected to who I am underneath the overwhelm.

My story

Sixteen years ago, I lost my husband unexpectedly, leaving me to navigate grief while raising a young child. That experience changed me deeply. It invited me to look inward, understand myself more fully, and search for what true emotional balance could feel like.

Over the years, I explored many healing modalities. While each offered value, kinesiology was the one that truly shifted things for me. It helped me recognise how grief had been held in my body and how it was affecting my relationships and stress responses.

Kinesiology supported me to move from feeling unsettled and reactive to feeling calmer, more centred, and more trusting in myself and in life. It helped me reconnect with who I am underneath the overwhelm.

This is why I do this work. I know what it feels like to feel out of balance — and I know the relief that comes when things begin to shift. My intention is to create a grounded, safe space where others can find that same sense of clarity and calm.
