My path to kinesiology began during one of the hardest periods of my life. I lost my husband unexpectedly 16 years ago while raising a young child. It forced me to look at how I was coping, how I was holding stress, and how much of that was sitting in my body.
Over time, I tried different approaches to help myself feel more stable and in control again. Kinesiology was the one that actually shifted things. It helped me understand how my body was responding to stress, and how past experiences were still influencing how I felt and reacted day to day. As things began to change, I noticed I wasn't as reactive. I felt calmer, grounded, and more able to trust myself. It completely changed the way I was showing up in my life, improving my relationships with others, and more importantly, myself.
Now, I use kinesiology to help others understand what's happening in their body, reduce stress, and feel more balanced in themselves, without it feeling complicated or overwhelming.
