What is kinesiology

Kinesiology is a gentle, complementary therapy that works by using your body’s own feedback system to understand where stress is being held in the body, and any contributing factors.

Using muscle testing, we can access information from the body that helps to uncover emotional, physical, or energetic imbalances that may not be obvious on the surface. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, kinesiology looks at the whole person, recognising that your body, mind and emotions are all connected.

Many of the patterns we carry are shaped by past experiences. Over time, these can show up as tension, overwhelm, fatigue, or a sense of something just not feeling right.

Kinesiology helps bring awareness to these patterns and supports your body to gently release what it no longer needs, allowing it to return to a more balanced and settled state.

Each session is guided by your body, and no two balances are the same. It is unique, in that we use your body’s own intelligence system to guide us where we need to go.
